SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery windows vary based on destination country, order volume, and external logistics factors — including carrier disruptions and applicable import processing. Estimated delivery is typically 3–10 business days. PinkLabs is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refund and return eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. We accept return requests for:

  • Unopened items in their original, undisturbed packaging
  • Damaged items received in unsatisfactory condition, subject to review

To submit a request, contact us at support@pinklabs.co with your order number and any relevant details. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. PinkLabs reserves the right to determine eligibility and resolution at its discretion.


MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Certain products may be covered under our results-based guarantee. To be considered, customers must provide documented evidence of consistent use over a minimum of 60 days, including photographic records demonstrating no results. All submissions are reviewed individually. PinkLabs reserves the right to approve or deny claims based on the documentation provided.


SUBSCRIPTIONS

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting us at support@pinklabs.co. Cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days. PinkLabs does not guarantee refunds for subscription charges already processed prior to cancellation.
