Cancellation policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by visiting our manage your subscriptions page or emailing support@pinklabs.co. Please include your order number and the email address associated with your account. Cancellation requests are processed within 3–5 business days. Cancellations do not apply retroactively — any charges processed prior to the cancellation request are non-refundable. PinkLabs reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
